Hypnotherapy

Hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation (a trance), where the subconscious is more attentive and present, while consciousness is limited.

A trance can also occur in everyday life for example daydreaming, or while driving and being engrossed in your own thoughts, even while reading a book or watching a movie that is so captivating that you do not perceive what is happening around you.

A trance is not comparable to sleep, loss of consciousness or the lack of willpower but is a state in which the depth of relaxation, perception and things you say are determined by your own freewill.

Therapeutic hypnosis works with your willingness to change both quickly and efficiently as well as relaxing and harmonizing your body and mind.
